SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered via Shopee Express.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery generally takes 1–4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Please allow extra time during peak periods such as promotions or public holidays.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, during standard business hours. While we are unable to offer specific delivery times, you will receive tracking updates once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or Shopee notifications. You can follow your delivery progress directly through Shopee.

Delivery Experience

Shopee Express does not provide a formal authority-to-leave service.

If delivery cannot be completed safely, the courier may make a subsequent delivery attempt. In the event that a parcel is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, additional redelivery fees may apply.

We recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.

Delivery Notes

You may include delivery instructions at checkout (such as access details or unit numbers). While these notes are shared with the courier, they are subject to courier discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

At this time, Shopee Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

International Orders

International shipping is currently unavailable via Shopee Express. If you are shopping from overseas, please contact us for assistance.
